 I'm a strong advocate for journaling as well. Clears your mind, keeps things organized!

 Lustre, "a gentle sheen or soft glow"... are you truly gentle? My journal indicates that I can be, whilst I can also be just the opposite...

I was wondering if a journal should be private or if it could be written in the comments section about journalling to unclutter the mind?

Today's been ok. Breakfast, coffee, laundry work. A bird in the garden is tending to its newborn chicks. Lunch in an hour. The OP site is working better now - it's been damn slow recently. My mind clutter? Yeah, a combination of thoughts as well as material things that can pile up. The material things can be binned. The thoughts, that's a different story lah.
