I'm a French and Psychology student, going for the big doctorate in clincal psychology, specifically studying meditation in a clinical setting. But for now the important part is to finish the damned undergraduate part first, so that's what I'm worried about.
I'm all done with my French degree after spending a year living at the Université d'Orléans, France, but still have to manage through a fifth year to complete my Psych requirements and get my senior thesis done for Honors College. Hooray for that, long as I don't shoot myself first.
I have a bit of a dual personality, being that I love to party and have fun but I definitely have my serious side. I can be hard to figure out sometimes, but I think I'm simple enough to understand. I can't help it if other people think I'm complicated. I'm a Buddhist (Zen and Tibetan mixed in randomly, to make it easy let's just say I'm more of a Western Buddhist), so it's all about finding the happy middle to me.
Work hard, play hard, sleep often and eat plenty of carbs...else your brain will rot like a runway model.
I'm a happy, free-spirited person who doesn't care if it rains on his parade, so long as there's plenty of party afterwards to celebrate that the flowers just got watered.
I'm one of those people strolling through life, just wondering when my rose-colored glasses got broken and wondering how much duct-tape it will take to fix them. Live and let live, love and don't expect it back, and never walk by a rose without stopping to smell it first.
Even though you do get bugs up your nose sometimes...
I am an idealist. Get over it. Comes with the territory of being a bit of a neo-hippie.
