Most of my friends would say I have an easy-going and shy personality. I have started losing the extra pounds and would like to get into some form of exercise program with an understanding buddy who will give encourgement and some guidance to a goal. I'm not looking for a gym rat but someone who knows what they are doing and can lend some assistance to help me reach my physical goals. I'm not much into the bar scene.
