I am easy going, discreet and looking for a friend, and if it develops into something more...? No one would be more pleased then I. But if friendship is your goal, then that would be fine with me also.
Am new to this side of my life and am wanting to explore it more.
I'm 52, but am still very young at heart. Have been told that that particular attribute is reflected in the way I look. A fact that I am extremely pleased with. That I should be so lucky not to look my age, I view as an "extended opportunity" for me to enjoy life.
I consider myself to be pretty laid back, I don't take myself to seriously and do whatever I can to enjoy life as much as possible. (Life is too short to be carrying any excess baggage or issues around, much less dumping them on others.) I value Trust, Respect and Loyalty - and think that these attributes are important components to any relationship, whether that relationship is friendship or more.
Am into reading (scifi, history, historical novels); watching movies (am a Trekkie); listening to music (Oldies but goodies - you'll always find me listening to Super Gold every Saturday, 70's and some of the newer groups); working out (free weights, bowflex, running and riding my bike); taking long hot baths (where I do all my serious thinking - as well as just to relax).
I don't drink, smoke, use drugs and am STD - D/D free.
While I'm pretty much settled into my life...I have this intense desire to "explore" and to know more about these feelings that have surfaced in my life. Am wanting to find "The One"... Am finding out that this process of searching for "The One" is a learn-as-you-go type process; which can be painful at times. So as a result another important attribute to have is patience...a necessity in this type of search.
Discretion is a must. Am not into S/M, fetishes, bondage/ domination. Tend to avoid the loud and blusterous type, control freaks and the like.

Someone that is also easy going and fun and who enjoys long conversations. Who isn't carrying a load of excess baggage or issues. Who also knows when to be funny; as well as when to be serious. Who values the meaning of Trust, Respect and Loyalty; and who possesses a heart that guards these attributes within themselves.
Is also wanting to explore (and be explored) and have some fun and being discrete.
You should be masculine/average, with an athletic/average built, clean cut and STD free.
