In order to provide you with meaningful and accurate answers, we ask that you provide as much information as possible regarding the problem you are experiencing. For example, it’s helpful to provide the steps to reproduce, the operating system you are using or the type of mobile device just to name a few. As a courtesy to others, we also ask that members refrain from inflammatory remarks or comments.
