The local liberal poor excuse for a newspaper on Monday stated that there have been 4000 commercial spots bought for the next week. Over half are either from the Obama campaign or from his liberal haters.

My poor remote is getting worn out changing the channel everytime one of those commercials come on. It is non stop from all sides and enough to make one scream. I have worn out remotes changing channels. Then I figured ok I will just listen to the radio. Wrong, the dam things are on there non stop also.

AT least next Wed this shit will stop.

Fake letters question your voter eligibility

Jacksonville, FL —

If you get a letter from the Supervisor of Elections office questioning your citizenship, give it a second look because it is likely a scam.

Duval County Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland says the letter tells you your voter eligibility is in question and you will be removed from the rolls in 15 days unless you can prove your citizenship. It comes on letterhead customized to our county and at first glance can appear legitimate.

“If it’s for ‘From the Desk of…’ and the Supervisor of Elections, but there’s a large American flag in the left hand corner that is not our logo, that is not our stationary,” Holland says.

About ten fake letters have been reported in Duval County so far, and reports of the letters have come in to St. Johns County and Brevard County as well. But it’s an “unusual” scam according to Holland because it doesn’t direct people to send their information anywhere.

The letter originates from Seattle, Washington and asks for some information. If you have any questions or information to pass forward, however, it directs you to the local Supervisor. As such, your information would not get sent anywhere suspect.

“We don’t know what the motivation is,” Holland says.

He is passing along all the information he gets in to the State Elections Office as well as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. He says if you get one of these bogus letters you should not handle it, because investigators are trying to get finger prints off of the letters. Holland says there are a lot of violations in play.

“Postal fraud, elections fraud- I mean it’s got so many violations it’s amazing somebody would attempt this,” he says.

Holland says his office could ask for some of your information by sending out a letter, but it would be through certified mail and include a signature from his office. These letters had neither of those, in addition to the American flag.

Cranston, RI Schools End Father- Dances After ACLU Complaint

CRANSTON, R.I. (AP) — The mayor of a Rhode Island city that ended father- dances and mother- ballgames because of the state’s gender discrimination law is calling the move an attack on time-honored traditions.

Cranston Mayor Allan Fung says he’s “utterly disappointed” the school district ended the gender-based events after the state affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union sent a letter of complaint last spring.

Schools Superintendent Judith Lundsten told school organizations in an August letter that district attorneys found that while federal gender discrimination laws exempt such events, Rhode Island’s law does not.

ACLU Executive Director Steven Brown says the complaint came from a single mother whose was precluded from attending the father- dance.

He said gender-specific events are not appropriate and commended the school system for banning them.

What a great country.

There was a 18 year old Florida youth that shot himself in the cock, then the left ball and the bullet then logged in his thigh. This happened while he was cleaning the gun.

example of civility

It would be nice if civility on both sides of the isle could at least happen to each other. The incivility of the politicans is bleeding off into the average person.

During the democrat national convention democrat delegate from
New York, Julia Rodriguez, stated if she saw Romney that she would kill him. I am sure that she most likely did not mean it, but unfortunately there are nuts on both sides of the isle that would do it for her. She is being invesitgated by the secret service.

I also heard recently that some twitter person threatened Obama. I hope this person his arrested and sent up the river for a while.
This is not called for by anybody.

Thought Police Patrol Convention’s Radio Row

Conservative talk-show hosts who came to Charlotte to interview political figures are furious. For the first time in anyone’s memory, Radio Row — the designated set of booths available to visiting talk-show hosts — has seen restrictions placed on its use by Team Obama. DNC staffers at Radio Row will book leading Democrats for slots on conservative stations but then cancel the appearances an hour or so before broadcast “because you’re not our audience.”

Roger Hedgecock, a former mayor of San Diego now hosting a nationally syndicated talk show, decided to pack up and leave Charlotte early because “we were blocked from getting any guests that mattered. It was a complete freeze.” Larry O’Connor of Breitbart Radio told me, “It was the most bizarre act of censorship. These shows paid large fees and spent thousands on equipment setup and they couldn’t do their programs because of interference.”

“According to sources at Talk Radio News Service, placing a stringer outside the designated TV area to ask high-level Democrats to stop by radio row has also been banned by the DNC,” Ben Shapiro wrote at Breitbart’s Big Journalism:

When I approached liberal activist John Podesta about appearing on KRLA’s “Heidi Harris Show” along with me and my co-hosts Heidi Harris (conservative) and Brian Whitman (liberal), his handler quickly intervened. Later, the handler stopped by to clarify: did the show have two liberals and one conservative, or two conservatives and one liberal? When I stated that it had two conservatives and one liberal, he quickly shook his head and sprinted away.

So much for the transparency and openness of the Obama era.

A country where free speech was welcome has died with this administration. You have a chance to reach out to an audience they may not normally hear your position, but you choose to ignore it and then you wonder why people do not believe anything you say or do,. We are getting just like all the great countries with dictators.

occu-tards got bored last week in tampa

The protesters had such great plans to demonstrate in Tampa last week and then Isaac hit, what a shame for them.

At some of the protest areas the police outnumbered the
occu-tards. At one event that had just finished some were asking the police where the next event was being held.

The best one was when they bought fishing poles and then went and bought donuts. They hooked the donuts and then cast them toward the police. They were fishing for the police. Both sides had a
good laugh.

It was mostly calm in Tampa and I hope that things stay that way in Charlotte this week at the donkey convention. It is great when people can voice their ideas and frustrations in a civil manner.

escape artists at work

A kangaroo is on the run in Germany after breaking out of a wildlife park, with a fox and a wild boar as his suspected accomplices.

Michael Hoffmann, assistant head of the Hochwildschutzpark Hunsrück west of Frankfurt, said on Monday the male kangaroo was one of three that escaped overnight on Saturday with the inadvertent help of the menagerie that lives in the local woods.

Hoffmann said the kangaroos got out of their enclosure after a young fox snuck into the park and dug a hole next to the cage's fencing. Two of the three were then able to escape the park entirely through another hole dug by a wild boar under the exterior fence.

"We've got two of them back; now we're just looking for the third."

As I have grown older, I've learned that

but pissing everyone off
is a piece of cake.

And I admit I have learned that lesson and do a dam good job of it.

My current owner found me at a local county animal shelter, a kill shelter. I was lucky there since I stole the hearts of the people there I spent over a year at the shelter. Most times they have a week limit before being put down.

I now have 5 fenced acres to roam with my 6 brothers. We all get along well with the occasional snarl.

I am a a dreaded pit bull mix, but I have a really sweet disposition and just love everybody.
