it is july 1st already. fuck. where did the year go? it is already more then halfway over. am i the only one bothered by this? you know the faster time goes, the faster we get old. i mean i will be 24 this year, and the idea boggles my mind. i remember turning 21 like it was yesterday, and 18 was just last week. i am not afraid of getting old. it is a part of life. i am, however, afraid of wasting time, and the fact that the year is speeding by so quickly is evident that that is what i am doing. fuck. i think this means i need to get up and do something productive. fuckin' a. | ||

Its all what ya do in you day that makes it seem like its goes by fast..My 18 year old cousin is doing 8 years in prison for drug possesion.He recently told me this year is dragging by.I personally hate summer, so it seems to drag by for me,but the days do seem to fly by..Peace..steven

Wait till your 51 and remember 21 like it was last week. Don't worry about getting older. It's just a number that you say I can't be that old I don't feel like it. No matter how much you do in life you will always think you should have done more. Relax and enjoy what ever happens day to day. Glen

I hate to tell you that it seems time picks up speed every year. I remember when I was 21 last month ....oh wait ....what the hell happened. There is a line from a Pink Floyd song that goes: The memories of a man in his old age Are the deeds of a man in his prime. So obviously you want to do some memorable things with your life when you can. John

The older I get the faster the time flies. If I retire it seems a shame that it goes so fast.

I totally agree with you about the time thing. However, time is something you will never run out of, you will have exactly enough to fill your whole life. Take all you need, and don't hesitate to use all you have. It's impossible to waste as long as you are using it, though learning what gives you satisfaction is the best use of all. Note I said satisfaction, not pleasure.

Yes, as the others have said, time flies and it only goes faster as you get older.I worked for 33-years. It went by like a rocket when I look back at it. Life is too short Jesse. Live each day like it is a scarce commodity. It really is. XOXO Jack Take the road less travelled.
