Beer Conversations

A tradition around here in the middle of cowboy country is campfire conversation, usually fueled by beer. I've told many a story myself as the fire has burned beneath the moon and stars. Being fairly widely traveled I'm sometimes challenged in making my story clear. The problem tends to be a lack of experience of some of my friends, often combined with an excess of beer. Sometimes the beer seems to help, as happened one night when I was telling of some of my ocean SCUBA diving adventures. Right in the middle of one of my tales a cowboy friend leaped to his feet and shouted out; "I KNOWS ALL ABOUT THEM SEA HORSES!" ![]() |

Funny. Next time I go to the beach I'll have to look for some of those. All I've ever seen are the albino beached whales, or something that looked like a whale.
