 I just need to ask how come they didn't sent a thirty day shutdown notice to the registered Hospital CEO and Board of directors as mandated by California Law found in Section 258. A thru J if my brilliant mind for photographic memory is still operating at top level..

it clearly states that under the Federal Disaster Guideline. Arrears in operational budget restraints shall be void of actions unless the Governor calls for an emergency ballot under the Hartman Act of Aug. 1956........................... does anyone know if im missing something here????
