 Take care; I hope you are feeling better soon, and can re-schedule your Dr appt. I also have kidney pain and know how debilitating it can be.

 VERY Carefully take pain pills then sip on wine or a low alcohol level liquor such as MUDSLIDE... when you notice the pain dissipating ease up on the booze don't want to pull an Amy or Hendrix but with careful management it can be done.
