None of that Sissy Crap Are you tired of those sissy 'friendship' poems that always sound good, but never actually come close to reality? Well, here is a series of promises that actually speak of true friendship. You will see no cutesy little smiley faces on this- Just the stone cold truth of our great friendship. 1. When you are sad --I will jump on the person who made you sad like a spider monkey jacked up on Mountain Dew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2. When you are blue -- I will try to dislodge whatever is choking you. 3. When you smile -- I will know you are plotting something that I must be involved in. 4. When you're scared -- we will high tail it out of here. 5. When you are worried -- I will tell you horrible stories about how much worse it could be until you quit whining, ya big baby!!!! 6. When you are confused -- I will use little words. 7. When you are sick --Stay away from me until you are well again. I don't want whatever you have. 8. When you fall -- I'll pick you up and dust you off. 9. This is my oath...I pledge it to the end. 'Why?' you may ask -- because you are my FRIEND! Friendship is like peeing your pants, everyone can see it, but only you can feel the true warmth. ------------------------------------------------ Computer back up & running...it was a corroded phone connection. Been busy getting ready for a garage sale this weekend. Having to park car in driveway & they are forcasting a storm with very 'large' hail & possible tornadoes tomorrow night. ha! Clint Have missed you and glad to have you back.....corroded phone jack and all...... Nothing to add to your list although I may start dusting at different places than others I would eventually get the job done.  Nasty weather season this year...... actually quite cool here this evening which I will enjoy for sleeping. That was great Clint, A little more of the way I feel about my friends. I hate those cutesy emails that go around and tell you to send to 5 friends or you'll have bad luck, I usually just delete......but then again.......maybe that's my problem, LOL. On DSL the common wire is used to carry the signal which really overlaods it when telephone use and dsl are on at the same time. This causes alot of the connections to fail much faster than usual especially on the smaller wires from that grey box on the house to the wire connections inside. Glad you got that all taken care of. Hey Clint; You're selling your garage? Is it wired for 220? That could save me a lot of time. How much you want for it? By the way, thanks for the movie reccommendation. "Cruisin'" was good. Clint, A corroded telephone wire, huh? How many times did you tear your computer apart before you found that out? I had the same problem once and it took forever to track down the real cause of the trouble. Liked your views on friendship. Glad you're back. hugs, ron

sometimes the sissy crap is good but too much of it and I get pucky--like the luv sick LOVE ZONE stuff--makes me want to scream what was I thinking!!
