Politics

While there are people on the left, the right, and in the middle, we can all agree on one thing – we’re tired of the commercials, phone calls, mailings, etc.. Everybody will be thankful once the election is over and things return to “normal.” We have one person to thank for this and his name is Karl Rove. I do believe he was the guy that “invented” the negative political ad and research found that they were effective in tearing down your opponent. Because they worked, they became more popular and that’s why we’re inundated with them. What bothers me is that people are so tired of politics in general that they won’t vote. A few of my friends have said they won’t vote and that’s fine. However, as the saying goes, “If you don’t vote, DON’T complain!” You can still complain about the weather, your favorite sports team, etc.. Are you planning on voting or have you already voted like I did?

We both already voted and the last few days I have left the main line off the hook. I have better things to do than answer political shit when we already voted.
